By using the Platform, or by engaging with the Platform via another route, you indicate your consent to us collecting and using your Information (that you provide to us when interacting with the Platform) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, unless you expressly state that such consent is not given. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform, register or provide your Information on the Platform via any other route.

Johannesburg Roads Agency does not guarantee the correctness of information acquired or supplied and can in no way be held liable by the customers, service providers & suppliers for any damages suffered acting upon such information. Any dispute between the customer, service provider & supplier howsoever arising, Is deemed to be a dispute between the customer or service provider & supplier and Johannesburg Roads Agency is not a party thereto. JRA will in no way be held liable by the customer, service provider and supplier for any damages suffered by such user pursuant to such dispute.
